Funding Opportunity Purpose:
The FOA invites applications that will apply computational approaches to the integration and analysis of clinical, genomic and transcriptomic data from the Accelerating Medicine Partnership in Parkinson’s disease (AMP PD) to advance the identification of algorithms, biomarkers, and disease pathways related to the diagnosis, prognosis and progression of Parkinson’s disease. Development of tools and workflows for data visualization and integration across data modalities and their application to AMP PD data are also supported.
