Thank you for starting your AMP PD registration! We’re thrilled to have you on board.

To complete the AMP PD registration process, you will need a Google account with 2-step verification enabled. Please see the How To page for instructions on setting this up.

We will also need the following information in the access request form:

1. Personal and institutional/company details
2. Description of intended data use e.g. proposed analyses
3. Institutional signature on the AMP PD Data Use Agreement (for researchers requesting access to individual-level, ‘omics data). Please download the agreement, obtain required signatures, and upload as part of your application submission.

Pro Tip: Researchers requesting access to individual-level, ‘omics data can still request access to clinical and summary data while waiting for their institutional signatures.

Upon application submission, an Access and Compliance Team (ACT) member will review your application. In the meantime, please feel free to contact us at ACT@amp-pd.org for any assistance or reference the AMP PD How To guide.

We look forward to seeing you take part in this exciting research.

Sincerely,
The AMP PD team
