Existing AMP PD researchers now have a "home" inside Terra that they can return to for information and references to AMP PD resources. Existing Terra researchers can discover AMP PD and learn about its mission, contributors, and how to register for access. The new workspace is featured in the Workspace Showcase, increasing AMP PD's visibility as a dataset available in Terra.

We heard your feedback! AMP PD has updated its standard Data Use Agreement (DUA) that is required for Tier 2 data access within the AMP PD portal and Terra workspaces. Please update your records!

A new AMP PD Workspace is now available, using AMP PD clinical and genetic data to calculate polygenic risk scores for AMP PD participants. This detailed workspace will allow users to generate covariate files and determine polygenic risk scores that they can then include in any analysis. Victoria Dardov, Ph.D., is a neuroscientist with an impressive background in proteomics as well as a Principal Data Scientist at Technome. The AMP PD team was exceptionally lucky to enlist Victoria's assistance with the analysis and curation of our proteomics data because she had previously worked with Dr. Jennifer Van Eyk, who is performing our unbiased proteomics analyses for us. Not only has Victoria been an amazing resource for AMP PD's proteomics efforts, but she has generously taken the initiative in authoring our proteomics analysis notebooks and leading webinars to demonstrate their use. Victoria IS proteomics on the AMP PD team and this data would not be as accessible to our users without her. It is our great pleasure to introduce you to her here.
